Site Referring Rules

If you don't know from the last update, we are having a deal going on in the Community about you (the community) referring sites and how to do it. I you want to know more, just visit this link here.

Rules:

2. Must have a explain briefing of the site and what it's about.
3. Must have proof that you sent the message, and a reply from the message you sent.
4. Must have at least 25 members.
5. Cannot be one of the site's already affiliated on here.
